  • It is best to fulfill your daily nutrition requirement from food rather than from supplements
  • When you eat do not watch Tv or talk on the phone. Just eat. Pay attention to your food
  •         Eat breakfast. Research shows that people who skip breakfast are more likely to be overweight
  •      Vegetarian diets are healthful and nutritionally sound if they are carefully planned
  •       Nutritional deficiencies such as protein, iron, vitamin B12 calcium & zinc are common among vegetarians and these can be overcome by including a wide variety of foods into your daily diet.
